I am Books Editor of The Big Issue (Australian edition) and I produce the monthly newsletter for Readings Books Music & Film, Melbourne’s best independent bookshop (if I do say so myself!).
I also write freelance book reviews and features for Australian Book Review and Bookseller & Publisher magazine and for ABC Radio National’s The Book Show. I review books evey Tuesday morning for Triple R FM’s Breakfasters.
I have worked in various jobs in bookselling and publishing since 1993, including as a bookseller, an events manager and a glorified (and sometimes not-so-glorified) publicist.
